Shipping

We work to get the very best shipping rate for our customers. Items will be shipped via USPS or UPS in 1- 5 business days after purchase.

When possible, we will make every effort to adjust the shipping charges if we are able to secure a lower rate than the customer paid at time of purchase. We will also attempt to combine shipping charges on orders that include multiple items to the same address and provide a refund for shipping overcharges when possible. AK & HI Additional shipping rates may apply if we are unable to use the flat rate shipping boxes and if shipping costs exceed what was paid.  We will send you an email prior to shipping if this occurs. 

Please make sure your mailing address is correct at time of purchase. If you provide the incorrect mailing address and your items are returned to sender you will not be refunded the shipping amount. If your address is entered incorrectly at the time of purchase and the item is delivered to the wrong address, we will not refund the cost of purchase or shipping costs. Please double check that your address is correct before you finalize your purchase. This is also important if you choose to pay through PayPal. Be sure the address you are using is the address where you would like your items to be shipped.

International Shipping

At this time we do not offer international shipping on any items in our store. We hope to be able to offer this service in the near future.

Returns

Return Costs

Returns will be accepted within 15 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase price, or the current SALE price at the time of return, plus the original shipping cost. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipment. Refunds will be processed once the item has been returned and received by our shipping and receiving department.

Returns will not be accepted after 15 days of purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

Damages must be reported to Recreate Vintage Home within 24 hours of the packaging being marked as delivered from the tracking on the USPS or UPS website. In order for us to determine if a refund is due, you must include photos of the damage and keep all of the packaging for the shipping company to to be able to process the claim. If the claim is made after 24 hours of the package being delivered you will have to submit the claim with the carrier and we will not be able to refund or replace any of the items. Without the photos and the original package we will not be able to determine the cause of the damage and will not be able to issue a refund.
